The Plot
Izzy (Mary Lucia) is a prosecutor. Her ex-boyfriend, Luke (Matt Wilson), is a rock singer. At the funeral of her therapist, Izzie bumps into Luke and learns that he too was a patient of Dr. Zizek. Their diametrically opposed memories of her lead them on a quest to find out who she really was, during which they fall back in love, arguing all the way.

Meanwhile, Izzie is quitting her job to defend her old law professor, who has been caught downloading child pornography, while Luke and his roommate/bandmate Ben (John Munson) are getting ready for a big performance as the Flops.

The Music
Matt Wilson and John Munson, who took the name the Flops from this film, imbue it with their witty, soulful, soaring acoustic rock and roll, including complete performances of the new ballad “Forgot Me Now” and the Trip Shakespeare classic, “If You Miss Me.” Adam Levy of the Honeydogs stops in to help John cover two folk/gospel songs.
